Ladder Co. No. 1 provides fire and rescue services to the citizens and visitors of the City of Wilmington Delaware. The company is housed with Engine Co. No. 4 and the Battalion Chiefs of Fire District No. 1.

The station is located at 2200 North Tatnall Street. (22/Tatnall Sts.) Our first due consist of 2/3 story rows, single family dwellings and high hazzard such as the hi-rises in center city, numerous educational and health care facilities, the zoo and a prison.
