This piece is also dedicated to John J. Repasky, who passed away on July 15th, 2000.  John was Mayor of Sayre at the time of death and also held numerous positions within the Sayre Fire department such as Captain, Lieutenant, and Treasurer.  He was a dedicated member of Howard Elmer Hose Co. #4 for 40 years.  A plaque is mounted on the side of the truck stating such.
